Business policies for this batch
✨ AI Titles — generate optimized eBay titles for this batch instead of using the raw Amazon title ?Off by default — uses the raw Amazon title unless enabled. Costs 2 AI credits per title (Settings → Billing) — falls back to the raw title for any item once your balance runs out.
Promoted Listings — add every listing in this batch to your eBay ad campaign
%

Defaults to your Settings → General setting, editable here for just this batch. Whether this actually runs depends on eBay's own Promoted Listings eligibility (an established sales history, among other factors) — not something this toggle controls.

Allow VeRO — ignore AslDrop's own default VeRO brand list for this batch ?Only skips our shared default brand list. Your own Block by Keyword and Block by ASIN lists (Settings → VeRO & words filter) still apply either way.
Schedule this run (optional — leave both off to run immediately)

Bulk listings

Every bulk run — one-time, scheduled, or drip — with live progress and per-item failure reasons.

Single
Bulk

Single drafts

Fetched and reviewed in Step 2, but never published. Resume to edit, List It to publish as-is, or discard.

Bulk drafts

Bulk items fetched and reviewed, but saved instead of published ("Add & Save as Drafts" in Bulk). Open a run to resume, list, or discard its items.

Link to Amazon

Listings created outside AslDrop (Seller Hub, another tool, or before you started using it) get picked up automatically — no scan needed, they'll show up under the "Unknown Listings" filter on the Products page with their real eBay data already filled in. Link one to its Amazon source in bulk here, or one at a time with the "+ Add ASIN" button right on that listing's row.

The format should be "ebay_item_id,product_id". For example, one row might look like "222136387160,B00A850UVG" (without quotes). One pair per line.

Here you can check your active listings — search using the filters below, or open a row's settings menu to delist an item.

Account balance

Auto Tracking credits

Spent when a buyer's tracking number is issued for an Amazon order — 2 credits per order. Auto Order itself is unlimited and costs nothing. Your plan includes a monthly allowance; purchased credits never expire and are only used once that allowance runs out.

AI credits

Spent on AI title generation — the "AI titles" checkbox in Bulk Lister and the on-demand button in Single's Review step. 2 credits per title. Non-expiring, on top of your plan.

Profit & fees

Range repricing

Tiered markup by Amazon source price. profit = price × profit% × 0.01 + fix profit.

eBay fees

Applied after profit: price = (source + profit) / (1 − fee% × 0.01) + fixed fee.

Fills in a typical starting rate for the two fields below — pick one, then edit either number if this store's real rate is different.

Promoted Listings

Automatically adds every new listing to eBay Promoted Listings at your default ad rate — no manual work per listing.

Whether a listing actually gets a running ad is entirely up to eBay's own Promoted Listings eligibility bar (an established sales history, among other factors it sets, not us). This toggle can't override that — if your store isn't there yet, turning it on has no effect.

Your stores

Settings, pricing, and rules apply per store — switch the active one below.

Need a store removed? Email support@asldrop.com — it also deletes that store’s order and message history, so we go through it with you.

Business policies & location

Required before publishing: a Business Policies opt-in, a fulfillment/payment/return policy, and an inventory location. Applies to the active store above.

Connect eBay first.

Product shipping time Check every range you’ll accept. A delivery estimate outside all of them blocks the listing.

Listing Template

1

Variables you can use:

  • {{title}} — product title
  • {{store_name}} — your eBay store/username
  • {{main_image}} — main product image URL
  • {{#product_description}}{{product_description}}{{/product_description}} — raw description text (only shows when there's real text to fill it)
  • {{#feature_bullets}}{{.}}{{/feature_bullets}} — loops over each Amazon bullet point
  • {{#product_details}}{{.}}{{/product_details}} — loops over each spec line ("Brand: Sony", "Color: Black", ...). Note: bullets/specs are fit into eBay's description limit before the description, so a template using both a long Specifications table and the description can end up squeezing the description down on spec-heavy products.

Sample data — not a real listing.

Photo frame

Draws a coloured border around your gallery photo — the one buyers see in eBay search results. Your other photos and the description image are listed untouched. The border goes on a copy, so switching style or turning this off puts the original straight back.

Whichever photo you set as the gallery image (◎) in Step 2 is the one that gets framed, so you can still choose which photo carries it per listing.

Your photo

How your store speaks to buyers — the sign-off on every suggested reply, and the messages that go out on their own when an order moves. All four send for real: when the order comes in, when tracking goes on it, when it is delivered, and when it is time to ask for feedback.

Reply signature

Every reply you generate on the Messages page is signed with this. Buyers see a named person and your store, the way an established support desk signs off.

The person your buyers see. Use a real member of your team, or one consistent front-desk name. Leave it blank to sign with your store name only.

The line under the name. Leave it blank to use your eBay store name.

With drafts ready, a reply and its explanation are waiting when you open a conversation. Thank-you notes are skipped for free, and nothing is sent until you press Send.

This sets how a suggested reply is written, not what it is allowed to offer. Nothing that costs you money is ever promised without you approving it first.

This is how your replies end.

Copying to all stores copies the store name too — leave it blank if you would rather each store used its own eBay name.

Templates

Triggers

Counted from the day the parcel is delivered. If the courier never reports a delivery, it goes a week later than this instead.

Triggers and templates are shared by all of your stores. The signature above is set per store.

Saves the price range above.

Out of stock listings

Delete out of stock listings

Ends a listing on eBay once it has been out of stock for the number of days you choose, in a row. If the item comes back in stock, the count starts again from zero.

Saves the out of stock setting above.

VeRO & words filter

Remove keywords

Remove specific keywords from item title & description — doesn't block listing, just strips them.

Separate words with new lines or commas (e.g. amazon, walmart, refund)

Block by keyword

Blocks items with these keywords during bulk listing / shows a warning in the auto-lister

Separate words with new lines or commas (e.g. patent, trademark, replica)

Block by ASIN

Blocks these specific Amazon products outright, regardless of title/description matches.

Separate ASINs with new lines or commas

Saves all three word lists above, plus the two brand options.

Which Amazon account buys

Each Amazon account has its own rules on the Fulfillment page — which of your stores it buys for, and which buyer states. When more than one account can buy an order, they take turns.

Quantity sets the same number on every selected listing. Margin % prices each listing the same way the system normally does — from its own Amazon cost — just using this margin instead of your usual price-range tiers, for these listings only.

Lock these values ?Stops the automatic price/stock recheck from changing this price/quantity again — useful when a value keeps getting pulled back to an old number. Only applies to whichever field(s) you actually set above.

When the same product is listed more than once, one listing stays live and the rest are ended on eBay. Nothing is removed from your software and nothing changes on Amazon — you can list the product again whenever you want.

If two listings tie, the one with more sales wins, then the one that sold most recently, then the older listing.
