Account balance and invoices
Account balance is money you add to AslDrop ahead of time to pay your plan invoices. Top up by card from the Billing page, from $5 to $5,000 at a time. No card is stored, and your card is never charged automatically.
How invoices are paid
- Each billing period you get an invoice. When your balance covers the whole invoice, it’s paid from your balance automatically.
- A renewal invoice appears 3 days before it’s due and is paid from your balance shortly before the due date, so you still have time to change plan.
- Topping up or picking a plan pays an open invoice straight away when your balance covers it.
- An invoice is never paid partly from balance. If your balance doesn’t cover the whole amount, top up or pay the invoice by card.
- When your balance covers an open invoice you can still choose to pay that invoice by card before it’s due; renewals are otherwise paid from your balance on their due date.
- To stop renewing, use Stop renewing on the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What balance can be used for
Account balance only pays plan invoices. It can’t be used for credit packs, and it can’t be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
Your latest 50 top-ups, invoice payments and rewards are listed on the Billing page, with your balance after each one.
