The service
AslDrop helps you manage listings, pricing, and orders for your own eBay seller account. You're responsible for the products you list and the accuracy of the information you publish — AslDrop is a tool you direct, not a party to your sales.
Your account
- You must be eligible to hold an eBay seller account and to use the marketplaces you connect.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for complying with eBay's own policies, and with any laws that apply to the products you sell.
Acceptable use
Don't use AslDrop to list counterfeit, prohibited, or infringing items, to circumvent eBay's policies, or to abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other sellers.
Billing
Paid plans are billed by invoice for each billing period, and your card is never charged automatically. You can stop renewal at any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Account balance cannot be withdrawn and remains usable only for plan invoices if you come back.
Account balance
You can add prepaid funds to your account balance in US dollars. Account balance can only be used to pay AslDrop plan invoices. It has no cash value, and it cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account. When your balance covers the whole amount of an open plan invoice, that invoice is paid from your balance automatically; otherwise you can pay it by card. We do not store your card and never charge it automatically.
Referral program
When a seller you invite with your referral link or code pays for a plan, you receive a reward equal to a percentage of that payment (currently 15%), each time they pay. Rewards are added to your account balance, have no cash value, and follow the account balance rules above. A limit per invited seller may apply. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and payments that are refunded or disputed may be excluded, and rewards already added for them may be reversed. We may change or end the referral program at any time.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free — third-party marketplaces and services AslDrop depends on can also affect availability outside our control.
Connected Amazon accounts
Some features sign in to an Amazon account you connect and act on it — reading your order history, and, where you enable it, placing orders. You choose to connect that account and you keep full responsibility for it.
Amazon decides how it treats your account. It may ask for a verification we cannot answer, restrict the account, lock it, or close it, at any time and for reasons it does not have to share with us or with you. You use these features at your own risk. We are not responsible for anything that happens to a connected Amazon account, including its orders, its balance, its payment methods, or its standing with Amazon.
You are responsible for every order placed through your connected account, including its cost, and for keeping the credentials you give us accurate. If this is not acceptable to you, do not connect an Amazon account — the rest of AslDrop works without one.
Limitation of liability
AslDrop is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost sales or listing errors — you remain responsible for reviewing what gets published under your account.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or eBay's own policies.
Changes
We'll notify you by email of any material change to these terms before it takes effect.
