What we collect
- Your account email and authentication data (handled by our authentication provider).
- Your eBay store data, accessed via eBay's official OAuth connection — listings, orders, and messages you choose to manage through AslDrop.
- Settings you configure — pricing rules, templates, and filters.
We never see or store your eBay account password. The OAuth connection can be revoked by you at any time, from your eBay account or from AslDrop's settings.
How we use it
Solely to operate the service you've signed up for — creating and updating listings on your behalf, syncing order and pricing data, and sending the buyer messages you've explicitly configured. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to advertise to you elsewhere.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your stored data is removed within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
Third parties
We use established infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) strictly to operate the service. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers; we keep a card identifier provided by Stripe, which we use only to prevent abuse of the referral program.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Contact us at support@asldrop.com for any of these.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll let you know by email before the change takes effect.
