How do AI reply drafts work?

For a buyer message, AslDrop drafts a reply in your store’s voice using the order and product details. Each draft uses 1 AI credit.

Three ways to use them

• When I ask (the default): press Suggest a reply in a conversation. Nothing is sent until you press Send reply.
• Ready in every new conversation: a draft is waiting when you open one. Nothing is sent until you press Send reply.
• Answer simple questions automatically: for the question types you tick (product questions, shipping questions, price offers), the reply goes out on its own after the wait you choose (5, 10 or 30 minutes), without you pressing Send. It only goes when every check passes, and you can stop it before then. Returns, damage, cancellations, refunds and upset buyers always wait for you.
