How do Auto Tracking and credits work?

Auto Tracking turns the tracking number on your Amazon order into one your buyer can follow and puts it on the eBay order for you.

• One tracked order costs 2 credits. Orders you add tracking to yourself, or that never ship, cost nothing.
• Every plan includes a monthly allowance. It refills every 30 days and unused credits don’t roll over.
• Need more in a month? Buy a top-up pack from Settings → Billing. Your monthly allowance is always spent first.
