How do Auto Tracking and credits work?

Auto Tracking turns the tracking number on your Amazon order into one your buyer can follow and puts it on the eBay order for you.

• One tracked order costs 2 credits on the partner network, or 1 credit when the store uses ASLTrack, our own network (Settings → Tracking → Tracking network). Orders you add tracking to yourself, or that never ship, cost nothing.
• Every plan includes a monthly allowance. It refills every 30 days and unused credits don’t roll over.
• Need more? Buy a top-up pack on the Billing page (Billing in the side menu). Each pack lasts 30 days from the day you buy it, even if your monthly allowance refills sooner.
• Whichever runs out first is spent first, your monthly allowance or a pack, so credits close to expiring are used before the rest.
