The buyer hasn’t paid, or the address is missing

eBay lets buyers commit to a purchase and pay later, and we never buy before the buyer has paid.

If eBay gave us an incomplete delivery address, or Amazon didn’t accept it, we don’t buy either.

Auto Order doesn’t come back to these orders by itself, even when the buyer pays or the address arrives later.

What to do

• Unpaid: once the order shows as paid, open it and use “Order on Amazon”. To stop this happening, turn on “Require immediate payment” in your eBay business policies.
• Address: check it on the eBay order with the buyer. Once it’s complete there, open the order and use “Order on Amazon”. If it’s wrong, cancel so they can buy again with the right one.
• Cancelled or refunded orders are never bought — don’t buy them on Amazon.
